A first look inside Carmen's P32. The interior of the truck was built from scratch- no framework existed. An espresso truck was nothing this team had built before. Most food trucks are laid out quite the same. A coffee bar project was challenging but allowed them to be creative. We gave them direction but they were very good at keeping to city of Long Beach and State of California health codes. Throughout this process, we have discovered several auxiliary streams of revenue we can embark on in getting one of these on the road! But for now, we will just focus on bringing a unique concept with amazing coffee to the Long Beach community.
