Why a coffee subscription?

A subscription is the most convenient way to enjoy fresh, often times rare Carmen's Coffee. Sign up once and we automatically ship to you. Make changes to your subscription as you need to and cancel anytime. With a subscription, each order is priced at 10% off a regular retail bag purchase. Pricing will be the same regardless of how rare the roast is. Save time and money.

What can I expect after signing up?

After you register for a subscription, respond to our email confirmation and we will take it from there. Tasting notes about the coffee and region will be included in each shipment. We will extend coffee swag in random shipments at no additional charge just for feedback. This is our way of saying "Thank you for being a loyal customer".

How do I make changes to my subscription account?

Included in your confirmation email are details needed to manage future orders, subscription bags and account information. Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.

Can I skip a shipment?

Carmen's offers the ability to skip a shipment. Your coffee will not be shipped, but you will be charged and your next month's order will double up. Please allow up to 48 hours for the skip shipment request to be processed. Contact us directly if you have any questions by visiting carmenscoffee.com.

When will I be charged?

Your card will be charged and your coffee will ship the 11th of each month. If your payment method is unable to be processed, your coffee will not ship, and you will be contacted.
